ANNOUNCEMENTS

IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY

Today in class we did the following:

• A  Course Information Sheet was distributed at the start of class with basic course info.  More detailed information is available in the online SYLLABUS at: http://fp.arizona.edu/kkh/nats101gc/syllabus.htm which should be carefully read.   You can obtain a PDF copy of the course info sheet for your section at the following links:

• Students filled in a short Background Information Form and turned it in before leaving. (If you didn't turn yours in after class, be sure to bring it with you on Wednesday! )
  If you missed today's class, print out the Course Info Sheet above for your section, and snip off the bottom section of each page of the Info Sheet -- that the Course background form that was handed out.  Fill it out, then bring it to Wednesday's class to turn it.
  
  NOTE:  Do NOT look up the answer to the last question to impress me -- just write down what basic knowledge you have in your head now.  This will not be graded!

ANNOUNCEMENTS  

• IBe sure you study the Syllabus, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) -- We'll have a "Pop Quiz" on items in both of these in Wednesday's class.
• The  CLASS NOTES   packet *should* be available for purchase on Tuesday afternoon.   Please bring it to class on Wednesday if you are able to pick it up before then.
• Office hours held by Dr H and the GTA's will begin next week.  Times will be posted on the class webpage under Teaching Team.
