ANNOUNCEMENTS

IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY

In class today we did the following:

 1. Students were reminded that ASSIGNMENT I-2 is due before midnight (11:59 pm) on THURSDAY Oct 1st!

2.  Then Dr H gave a presentation on most of Topic #9a Thermodynamics

3.  Dr H then gave a short introduction to the G-2 WOOD KIT activity, introduced the preceptors, and then for the rest of the period class worked on Assignment G-2.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

• RQ-4 was due TODAY 30 minutes before class. The RQ ABSOLUTION FORM is available for a one-time extension if you missed getting it in.   See FAQ #22. 
  
  ASSIGNMENT I-2 is due  on Thu Oct 1st BEFORE midnight (11:50 pm) in the D2L Dropbox.  Attend one of the remaining optional help session or a TA office hour (posted under Teaching Team) if you would like some extra help.

  (OPTIONAL I-2 HELP SESSION TIMES:

  ==> bring a copy of the assignment and Class Notes to the Help Session!

IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY:  

• Review the presentations on Topic #9a and the G-2 Wood Kit Activity introduction above.

• You missed the G-2 WOOD KIT Group Activity and will have to make it up by visiting one of the TA's office hours. 
  IMPORTANT:  You will need to email the TA in advance to say you need a G-2 make-up, so they will have the wood samples ready for you to use.
