ANNOUNCEMENTS

IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY

In class today we did the following:

1.    We watched the next-to-last segment of the PBS NOVA show:  Saved by the Sun .   
        You can now view it again online under VIDEOS> Class Videos in D2L.  
          or click on the green "Watch the Program" link
                    at http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/tech/saved-by-the-sun.html .
                    We watched the next section  after the Germany section, about innovative solar projects in the United States.
                       The video will be wrapped up in one last segment next time.    

When we watch the final section of the video, there will be a writing assignment related to the video, so if you've missed some sections please watch it online.   

2.  Dr. H gave a presentation on Topic #8 -- PART II of The Earth's Energy Balance
