GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT OPTIONS

If you choose this category you could compare ecological footprints in different parts of the world, investigate some of the positive environmental actions being done in various countries ( i.e. those  described at the very end of the HOME film), or trace the environmental history of a specific location far back in time.  The possibilities are endless . . . . a look at an environmental atlas or a recent geography textbook might also give you ideas.

BONUS POINT OPPORTUNITY:   Interview at least 3 international students (or non-students) who are from 3 different countries and/or continents that are DIFFERENT from your own home country to learn about the environmental issues in other parts of the world.  To do your  interviews, design a brief set of questions in advance and ask roughly  the same questions in each interview.  Document and explain what you did in a report, slide or video
