ANNOUNCEMENTS

IF YOU MISSED CLASS TODAY

In class today we did the following:

1.  Dr. H gave a presentation on Topic #9 on Understanding Systems & Feedbacks - Part I

2.      Then we watched the next-to-last segment of the PBS NOVA show:  Saved by the Sun .   
        You can now view it again online under VIDEOS> Class Videos in D2L.

                    We watched the next section  after the Germany section, about innovative solar projects in the United States.
                       The video will be wrapped up in one last segment next time.          

3.  Then the class got into GROUPS to work on:  G-3 Applying the Energy Balance Terms to Your Everyday Life (worth 10 pts)
                       Most groups did not finish so we'll have time in class on Thursday to finish it up.

• Review the extremely important presentation on Topic 9  Systems and Feedbacks - Part I
  
• View the segment of "Saved By The Sun" noted above in D2L under Videos > Films and Videos Shown in Class.
  
  
• Work on the G-3 Applying the Energy Balance Terms assignment on your own so that you can come to class on Thursday
   and contribute to your Group's Answer Sheet hen we finish up the activity.  It is on Page 53 of Class Notes.
